ORDER PROCESSING
PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO COVID 19, ALL ORDERS WILL BE TEMPORARILY DELAYED BEYOND OUR STANDARD PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIME. Please allow from 2-4 weeks to receive orders.
Typically, orders are processed and delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays (excluding national holidays). If shipping to the billing address, orders are processed on the next Tuesday or Friday after the order is placed on the website. We are not held accountable for any delays that may occur. Orders with different billing and shipping may take longer in order to follow our verification process. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
SHIPPING + HANDLING
With Great Care Apparel, LLC online purchases are shipped via USPS, UPS, or, DHL from our location in Washington, DC. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. With Great Care Apparel, LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Should the buyer encounter an issue with receiving a package, the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
We offer economy, standard, and express shipping on domestic orders.
- US Domestic orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping at economy rates.
- International orders are subject to other rates.

What are the shipping services?
We ship via economy, standard, or express mail. All packages are sent via USPS/UPS .
How long does delivery take?
Your order ships the following Tuesday or Friday from the time the order is placed. Orders ship Tuesday and Friday only. Please allow 3-7 business days for ground delivery within the US. Orders outside the US can take 2-4 weeks.
